Payment Policy

No payment is required at the time of booking, but we do require credit card details to secure your booking. Please pay directly to the Property on arrival.
Your credit card will not be processed until you arrive or unless the cancellation policy applies.
Tariffs include 15% GST and may be subject to change.

 

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change for some reason, we do understand, and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Failure to advise us may incur a charge. We require 48 hours notice of cancellation or a charge of one night's accommodation may be made if your room cannot be re-let. Not showing up at all may incur a charge of one night's accommodation. Any change to a confirmed reservation, on or within 48 hours of your arrival may incur a charge.
Bookings through Air New Zealand websites are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

 

Child Policy

Children aged 2 years or less stay free if extra bedding is not required. Any child requiring extra bedding will be charged at the extra person rate. Baby cots/cribs and high chairs are usually available on request. An extra charge may apply.

 

Other

No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property will be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

Smoking is NOT permitted in all units. If smoke is detected inside a unit there will be a charge to restore the unit to its non-smoking status.
